Bipolar Disorder

People with clinical depression may experience some extreme emotional pain such that that they consider suicide. People with bipolar disorder switch between times of sharp exhilaration and that same severe depression. If you asked me, I’d say it’s the very next thing from madness. That’s why you don't want to let it persist with you. Your goal should be to nip it in the bud as soon as possible.

Being insensitive is exactly what suffering from bipolar disorder is all about. You become insensitive to other people’s feelings, including yours as well. You wouldn't care what anyone thought about what you thought or said when you are depressive or manic, and sincerely, no one would be able to talk you out of that depression. But once you are out of the phase, and you realize all that has happened, you should seek and get treatment.

People commit suicide, in case you are not aware of it. Sometimes it is because they cannot find any other meaning to life, and sometimes it is not intended at all, just a mistake. However you look at it, bipolar disorder is a deadly disease, but one that you can treat. So what is it going to be? ‘To treat or not to treat, that is the question.’

Psychotic symptoms of bipolar disorder indicate you are in an especially severe state of the illness. When they begin to become so evident that other people notice them, you must have gone too far already. This is one way to know that you are close to the edge. And unless you want to go over that edge, you ought to be going in for treatment as aoon as possible.
